Printer Cartridge Warranty Returns, Replacement and Refund Policy:
Our objective is to provide you with a wide selection of high quality Original OEM, Remanufactured and Compatible Inkjet & Laser Toner Cartridges. For your complete peace of mind and happiness, we offer these terms in respect of returns and refunds for our products.
We offer a "No quibble 100% Satisfaction Guarantee" on most products, that means that if you are not satisfied with any product you buy from us you may return it (without giving a reason if you wish) up to 14 days after receipt of your order, provided they are unused, unopened and kept in original packaging (including their documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories). This warranty applies to End Users only. It does not apply to Educational, Corporate, Trade Resellers or Wholesale accounts, it also does not apply to special order items such as Panasonic, Minolta, QMS, Toshiba or Sharp cartridges, a 15% restocking fee would apply to these. Postage and insurance are not refundable..
Toner & Ink usage, wear and tear will be taken into consideration on any toner or ink cartridge returned when calculating any credits that may be due. No return will be accepted without an authorised returns number which should be shown clearly on the outer packaging. Items returned without this may have a restocking fee of 15% of original invoice value applied.
If you suspect a faulty cartridge you must call our Technical Support line first to ascertain if in fact the item is indeed faulty, you may also want to check out our "Hints & Tips" section for help with frequently asked questions and common solutions. Please ensure that you have cleaned your print heads and read any instructions that were supplied with your cartridge as these are the most common issues. If the goods are faulty a returns # will be issued that you must be clearly printed on the outside of the outer carton used to ship the goods back.
If you are returning goods, you have to make your own arrangements for shipping goods to our premises at your cost. On successful receipt of the returned goods we will refund the full amount excluding your original shipping costs less wear & tear and usage within 14 days, or at your request organize the shipment of a fully tested replacement which will be shipped back to your location at our cost. If we are collecting goods on your behalf then we may deduct the cost of collection from your refund. If items are found not to be faulty then our standard restocking fee of 15% may be charged.
All Compatible Black or Colour Laser Cartridges come with a maximum warranty of 6 months against manufacturer defects or malfunction. This warranty is from from your date of purchase. Again any items must be returned at you cost. Toner usage and wear and tear will be taken into consideration on any toner cartridge return when calculating any credits that may be due.
