We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

Taxes

Shipping terms, costs, and delivery timeframes are as described on our Shipping Information page. Title and risk of loss for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Delivery dates are estimates only and we are not liable for any delays in delivery.

Returns and Warranty

Typographical Errors

In the event that a CartridgeStore.ca product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, CartridgeStore.ca reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. CartridgeStore.ca reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, CartridgeStore.ca shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
