Frequently Asked Questions

Will I get the same page yield?

Yes! Our remanufactured and compatible cartridges often provide 10-50% MORE pages than OEM cartridges. Most of our Fuzion, Premiumtone, P-Tone and Ecotone cartridges are high-yield equivalents with maximum fill levels.

How long can I store cartridges?

Toner cartridges: 2+ years sealed at room temperature. Inkjet cartridges: 12-18 months sealed in cool, dry conditions. Always use oldest cartridges first.

What about colour accuracy?

Our cartridges provide excellent colour reproduction. For critical colour work, run a calibration print and adjust monitor/printer settings as needed - the same process required with OEM cartridges.

My printer shows 'low ink' immediately?

This is normal with many compatible and remanufactured cartridges. The printer can't read the actual ink or toner level, so it shows a warning. On most printers this is not accurate anyway. You can usually continue printing until actual print quality degrades.

When should I clean my printer?

Clean the cartridge parking area and ink dump container monthly. Use cotton swabs and isopropyl alcohol with printer turned off. Regular cleaning prevents clogs and maintains print quality.

Are your cartridges environmentally friendly?

Absolutely! Remanufactured cartridges divert waste from landfills and reduce plastic production. Each remanufactured cartridge saves approximately 2.5 lbs of waste and reduces CO2 emissions.
